first find the area when the road roller completes 1 revolution:-

1 \: revolution = csa \: of \: the \: cylinder

h= 3.5 m

r= 1 m

csa \: formula =  \: 2\pi \: rh

take pi =3.14 (given)

csa =  2 \times 3.14 \times 1 \times 3.5

csa = 21.98 \: {m}^{2}

for 1 revolution.

area \: covered \: in \: 200 \: revol =  \: 200 \times csa

21.98 \times 200 = 4396 {m}^{2}

the area covered by the road roller in 200 revolutions is 4,396
