Answer:

It can vary from person to person and as per need and interest. Here it is my pov on the question.

1. Physics

a. Subjective exams:

(i) Arithant's All in One- I personally like this one because it's short and has very comprehendable language. This book is easy to interpret.

(ii) Pradeeps- It is also videly suggested. I had even purchased it but I don't recommend you to use it because it's way too lengthy. Two thick books are way tough to handle.

(iii) NCERT - This is the best book for any class and level. This from where you should begin.

b. Competition:

(i) HCV- Concise, well explained book with numericals. Best for PCM students. You will have to buy both volumes together because some topics of class 11 are in second volume.

(ii) Irodove- Use this one if you actually want to practice very very tough questions. But in my opinion you won't be able you this book until you are well prepared with your class11+12 maths. So choose wisely.

(iii) NCERT Exemplar- A good book, concise and short. With high order questions for competitive exams.

2. Chemistry

a. Subjective exams:

(i) NCERT- Very Important

(ii) Arihant's All in One- For assistance to NCERT.

(iii) Pradeeps- Good BUT Avoidable, due to thick size and extremely long texts.

b. Competition:

(i) NCERT Exemplar

(ii) Any book with MCQ practice, I prefer arihant or mtg.

3. Maths

a. Subjective exams:

(i) NCERT

(ii) RD Sharma - for better understanding.

b. Competition

(i)RD Sharma

(ii) NCERT Exemplar

(iii) RD Sharma MCQ practice book (I forgot the exact name sorry)

NOTE- The books I suggested (except Irodove )would be more than enough for JEE Mains preparation. I never prepared for JEE advanced so I have No clue. Also I have suggested what I have used and felt. There is a bunch of books available in the market for JEE Advanced, Mains or Subjective exams as well but I find no use stacking and piling up useless books. Moreover , all the best for your future, work hard, score good. ^_^
