1. Plasma membrane is the thin outer covering of cell. In plant cells a cell wall is present over plasma membrane but in animal cells cell wall is absent.

2. Nucleus. Because nucleus is the control centre of the cell just like the brain for our body.

3. Mitochondria is responsible for the formation of ATP(Adenosine Triphosphate).

In mitochondria Haem group of Haemoglobin(Hb) is formed.

The process of Betaoxidation(Breakdown of Fat) also takes place in mitochondria

4.Cell wall of plant cell is made up of CELLULOSE.

5. New cells are formed by the process of Mitosis cell division, whereas in the gametes (ovum & sperm) meiosis cell division takes place.
