a)clouds get water from the oceans. Actually clouds are formed by the water which is evaporated due to the heat of sun and by transpiration.
b)Plant get water from soil and the rain which occurs from the clouds. From soil plants get the water replenished by the rain which is stored as underground water.
c)Mountain tops get water by rain and rivers which take their flow from it to flow through all its pathway to the ocean.
d)Aquifer are created by the sedimentary rocks. They are underground and fill well so they get the water of the rain stored underground.
e) Animals get water from the river which flow due to the peninsular flow. Rivers originate from mountains. Animals asli get the rain water. Humans are also include in animals so they store the rain water. They dig down to get access of the underground water.

So for most of the things of organisms water come from rain
