A. Total pupil in the class = Sum of all in venn diagram = n(AUB) + n(AuB)'  

{(AUB)' are pupil who are not part of AUB but par of universe set.}

  =  27 + 9 = 36

B. Pupil who play cricket = Pupil who play only Cricket + Who can play both Cricket and Hockey

= 5 + 15 = 20

C. Play both cricket and Hockey = n(A∩B) = 15

D. Play Hockey = Play only Hockey + Play both Hockey and Cricket

  = 7 + 15 = 22

E.  PLay none =  n(AuB)' = Universal Set - n(AUB) = 36 - 27 = 9
