Error is you cannot take 2a as common as between these expressions there is (+)ve sign meaning these are getting added. Also 2a is not getting multiplied with the other expression.

(II) 7x+3/3

= 7x/3+1

The above is right expression and not wrong.

Error is you cannot simply write 7x as 3 is getting divided by 7x too and not only 3. Also how can you just vanish +1 so simply.
