7 to 8 hours and time management is important please don't forget to take breaks in between changing two subjects

Hey friend,
You can read for 7-9 hours d maximum nd when u start reading take a 5 minutes break after every 25 mins of reading.you can do exercise or indulge in any outdoor activity at this time.
