a=-1 & b=2 Then
I) a^b + b^a
sol. =((-1)^2) + (2^(-1))
=1 + (1/2)
=3/2
=1.5

II) a^b - b^a
sol. = ((-1)^2) - (2^(-1))
= 1 - (1/2)
=1/2
=0.5

III) a^b * b^2
sol. =((-1)^2) * (2^2)
=1 * 4
=4

Hope It Helps. If Not Plz. Revert Back
