 \bold{\huge{\underline \red{\mathbb{\pink{Hey!!! Mate}}}}}

 {f}^{ - 1} (2) \rightarrow \: f(x) = 2 \\  {x}^{2}  + x - 4 = 2 \\  \rightarrow \:   {x}^{2}  + x - 6 = 0 \\ \rightarrow \:  {x}^{2}   + 3x - 2x - 6 = 0 \\  x(x + 3) - 2(x + 3) = 0 \\ (x - 2)(x + 3) = 0 \\ x = 2 \: and \: x =  - 3
