Then according to the first condition,
x/y = 3/2
⇒ 2x - 3y = 0 ...(1)
and according to the second condition,
x+50/y+80 = 5/4
⇒ 4x - 5y = 200 ...(2)
Now, multiplying equation (1) by 2 we get
4x - 6y = 0 ...(3)
Subtracting equation (3) from (1) we get,
y = 200
putting value of y in equation (1) we get
x = 300
