Step-by-step explanation:

 \frac{m + 5}{2}  = 1 +  \frac{3m - 4}{5}

 =  >  \frac{m + 5}{2}  =  \frac{5 + 3m - 4}{5}

 =  >  \frac{m + 5}{2}  =  \frac{3m  + 1}{5}

By using cross multiplication, we get

 =  > 5(m + 5) = 2(3m + 1)

 =  > 5m + 25 = 6m + 2

 =  > 25 - 2 = 6m - 5m

 =  > 23 = m

 =  > m = 23

The value of m is 23.
