so the perimeter of square is 40cm,so the side is 40÷4=10

the angle of triangle is 90°,so the adjacent angles are 45°and45° so as 45is half of 90,half of 10 will be 5,so the base of triangle is 10cm and the height of the triangle is 5cm

so as we know area of triangle is 1/2×10×5

ans 25cm²
