2 {x }^{3} + 1 \div 2 {x}^{3} \\ 2 {x}^{3} + 1 \div 2 {x}^{2} \\ \frac{2 {x}^{3} + 1 }{2 {x}^{3} }
Instead of +1 we remove it. Then,
2 {x}^{3} \div 2 {x}^{3} = 1 \\ \frac{2 {x}^{3} }{2 {x}^{3} } = 1 \\ 1 = 1
