See The Parallel Sides Are 20cm And 10 cm.

So Longer Side Differs From the shorter side by 20-10 = 10 cm

Or 10/2 = 5 cm

Hence On Each Side THE LONGER SIDE HAS 5 cm Extra

It Will Act As Base

Hypoteneuse = Non Parallel Sides

Height ^2= 13^2-5^2

Height ^2 = 144

Height = 12cm

Now Area = 1/2*30*12 = 180 cm

Area =180 cm
