what is heterotrophic and autotrophic nutrition?

autotrophic nutrition refers to that nutrition in which organisms synthesized their own food. such as green plants.

Hetrotrophic nutrition is that nutrition in which organisms depend on others for getting food like animals etc.

In heterotrophic nutrition the organism obtains food by simple substances present in atmosphere.
In autotrophic nutrition the organism obtains food by digestion of organic substances.
