Let x be the distance exceeding the 100 km and C the meeting point

Speed A = distance/time → (100 + x)/(5)
Speed B = distance/time → (x)/(5)

Since the speed of A is the same in the 1st and 2nd case, Speed B also then we can write:

Solving this equation gives x= 200 km and y = 40 km
Plug the value of x and y in the Speed formula, you will find that:

Speed A = 60 km/h   and Speed B = 40 km/h
