STEP BY STEP EXPLANATION:

STEP 1) firstly convert TAN A into SIN A/ COS A
then convert (1+ TAN^2 A)^2 into (SEC^2 A)^2 AND in other side convert COS A into COS A/ SIN A then convert (1+COT^2A)^2 into (COSEC^2)^2

STEP 2) convert (SEC^2 A)^2 into (1/COS^2 A)^2 then convert (COSEC^2 A)^2 into (1/SIN^2A)^2 A

STEP 3) then take cross multiplication of NUMARATOR of both side and cross multiplication of DINOMENATOR

STEP 4) then take inverse of DINOMENATOR and multiply with NUMARATOR then cut the numbers as shown in fig then you will get your ans
