sperms are male reproductive part . it has a head , middle piece and the tail. while copulation the sperms enter the female vaginas and swim by its tail . and reaches to the fallopian tube to the ovaries. thus millions of sperms are realised while copulation only a few of them are able to reach to the ovaries and others are died and absorbed.
