River : Autobiography

I am a river. My journey began from up above the sky, from the dark clouds. It was only when the hill tops and mountains get filled with water. Suddenly, it was certain, that I was going down from the hill tops and the mountains. The moment when I was flowing down, often, I was getting hit by the rocks. I never knew when the next rock was about to come. The moment I was hit by a rock, I changed my direction. And I kept flowing down.

In my journey, I crossed many villages and cities, seen many animals and humans. In that very moment, I become home for fishes and aqua life; a source of food for birds and animals. At this time, everybody cared and loved me.

Then, the horror moment came into my life. When I was passing through the cities, humans began throwing garbages and wastes in me. I became more ugly and dirty. They used me for their own sake. I was very afraid, like I was about to die. But, fortunately, they again cleaned me and make me look tidy.

I saw many things in this journey, experienced the death, hate and love from nature. I know the journey was about to end. Suddenly, I fall down into an ocean, where I get mixed. The journey was not over yet; because, then I experienced the depth of the ocean, saw the beauty of the inside hidden world.

Hope it helps ツ

Answer:

I am a river. I normally hold water. Water falls as rain is disposed of in many ways. Some water gathers to form stream. Some part of rain water finds its way to the surface streams. It is this water from spring and molten ice from hills keep me flowing long after the rain has stopped. Molten snow and glaciers are my rich sources. The names of Indian rivers are however, very nice. They are the Ganga, Jamuna, Kaveri, Saraswati etc. It was first pointed out by Rabindranath. The longest river in India is the Ganga. I came from the Himalyas and flow down to the Bay of Bengal. There are many villages, towns, cities, temples, factories on my both banks. I make the land fertile, carry goods and ferry people. But people pollute my water.
