With due respect I would like to state that I am (your name) of class (your section) studying in your school.I want to complain about(the bully's name)studying in your school as well.
(Bully's name) is a student of class(his class and section) and he is very harsh with his seniors as well as his juniors. He bully the juniors and the weak students and hurt their dignity a lot. He always make fun of his fellow classmates. Recently he did something that forced me to bring this issue to your attention.
Yesterday during he recess he snatched a student's birthday present from him when he was showing it to his friends.It was a rare edition book which his grandmother gave to him. (The bully's name) snatched the book from him and tore it in pieces. When the boy opposed him he hurt the boy very badly and just went on. After this incident the boy's health is very weak and he is very upset .This is a very shameful thing from his behalf and I think that strict actions should be taken against him
