\displaystyle\huge\red{\underline{\underline{Solution}}}

The percentage of men of the population of the town= 35%

The percentage of women of the population of the town= 40%

So The percentage of children of the population of the town = (100-35-40)% = 25%

Let the whole population of the town = x

So

x \times 25 \% = 20000

 \implies \: x \times \frac{25}{100} = 20000

 \implies \: x \: = 20000 \times \frac{100}{25} = 80000

So the whole population of the town = 80000

Hence the required number of women

 = 80000 \times 40 \% = 80000 \times \frac{40}{100} = 32000

\bf\huge\ Question:-

Pleese solve rational and proposition

\bf\huge\ Answer:-

The percentage of men of the population of the town= 35%

The percentage of women of the population of the town= 40%

So The percentage of children of the population of the town = (100-35-40)% = 25%

Let the whole population of the town = x

So

x \times 25 \% = 20000x×25%=20000

\implies \: x \times \frac{25}{100} = 20000⟹x×

100

25

=20000

\implies \: x \: = 20000 \times \frac{100}{25} = 80000⟹x=20000×

25

100

=80000

So the whole population of the town = 80000

Hence the required number of women

= 80000 \times 40 \% = 80000 \times \frac{40}{100} = 32000=80000×40%=80000×

100

40

=32000
