9t^2-18t+8

9t^2-12t-6t+8

3t(3t-4)-2(3t-4)

(3t-2)(3t-4)

so

alpha(a) =2/3

beta (b)=4/3

therefore

(a^2/b)=(4/9)/4/3

=1/3

and

(b^2/a)=(16/9)/2/3

=8/3

As we know

polynomial

here we are taking "t" because it is given in the question

=t^2-(sum of ZEROES)t +(product of ZEROES)

=t^2-(1/3+8/3)t+1/3 ×8/3

=t^2-3t +8/9

=9t^2-27t+8

so the needed

polynomial

with ZEROES ,1/3 and 8/3

is 9t^2-27t+8
