this is with reference to the Samsung washing machine,semi automatic and white in colour purchased on 31 January 20XX. Receipt no ________, with two years warranty.


when I purchased it .it was said that the product is of the best quality. but regret to say that it is not satisfactory.only for fifteen days it gave a satisfactory response. near about two months it has created some trouble for me.sometimes it produces unbearable sound during washing. it's time is not also working properly as well as drainage system is out of order . and there is somewhere leakage of water. twice I made a call at Ur complaint counter for the services but no response is provided.

as it is still under warranty period kindly send an experienced technician to find fault and mend it.
