We have learnt that the rhombus which is circumscribed around the circle is a square

Area of Rhombus =

 \frac{1 }{2}  \times product \: of \: diagonals

=> Now,

1/2 * d(Square) = 98

d {}^{2}  = 196

Diagonal = 14 cm

then, Good to go!

Radius= 7cm

Circumference =2(Pi)r

2*22/7* 7

=> 44cm

Hope this Helps you!!
