Solution:

➛ D = ( -7, 0 )

➛ E = ( 0, -7 )

➛ F = ( 4, 0 )

➛ G = ( -4, 0 )

  • Points D, E, F and G do not line in the same plane. Thus, they do not make straight line.

Steps:

  • On a graph, draw the co-ordinate axes x0x' and y0y' intersecting at origin 0.

  • Mark the numbers on the two co-ordinate axis, with proper scale.

Plotting the points:

  • Starting from the origin 0 moves 7 units along the negative side of the x-axis i.e, to the left of the origin 0.

  • As ordinate lies on the 0, so mark the point at the origin.

  • Label this as D ( -7, 0 )

Similarly,

  • Then, move 7 units parallel to the negative side of y-axis i.e, to the bottom.
  • Again mark the dot and label this point as E ( 0, -7 )

➤ Similarly plot the other points F ( 4, 0 ) and G = ( -4, 0 )

  • At last, we will find that they do not lie on same plane. They do not make straight line.
