Option [D] is not true for fertilizers as it is saying that fertilizers are environment friendly. Fertilizers contain harmful chemicals in them which causes a lot of problem to environment as well as to human body.
For instance, farmers use fertilizers for high yields. When these fertilizers are washed away by the action of water into nearby water bodies they causes algae blooms sometimes making water impassable. When these algae dies, they sink to the bottom and decompose in a process which removes oxygen from water bodies.
