y°=x° (vertical opposite angle)

3x°+y°+2x°=180°

we know that,

y°= x°

so, we can write here,

3x°+x°+2x°=180°

6x°=180°

x°= 180°/6°

x°= 30°

and, y°= 30°

Answer: b) 30°

angle between x and 3x is 2x ( vertically opposite angles)

x + 2x + 3x = 180 degrees ( straight line)

6x = 180

x = 30 degrees.

x = y ( vertically opposite angles)

therefore, y = 30 degrees.
