Answer:(a) Calcium hydroxide solution in the test tube B becomes milky.

(b) Reaction in test tube A:2CH3COOH + Na2CO3 → 2CH3COONa + H2O + CO2 Ca(OH)2 + CO2 → CaCO3 + H2O (Test tube B) With excess CO2, milkiness disappears. CaCO3 + H2O + CO2 → Ca(HCO3)2
