 {(256)}^{0.16}  \times  {(256)}^{0.09}

 {(16)}^{2 \times 0.16}  \times   {(16)}^{2 \times 0.09}

 {(4)}^{2 \times 2 \times 0.16}  \times  {(4)}^{2 \times 2 \times 0.09}

 {(2)}^{8 \times 0.16}  \times  {(2)}^{8 \times 0.09}

= 4

(256)^0.16*(256)^0.09. (here the powers can be written in fraction)

(256)^16/100 * (256)^9/100. (a^b*a^c=a^b+c)

(256)^16/100+9/100

(256)^25/100

256^1/4

(4^4)^1/4. ((a^b)^c=a^b*c)

(4)^4*1/4. (here 4/4=1)

(4)^1=4
