Let the ten’s digit be x
Let the unit’s digit be y
Let the original number be 10x+y
Let reversed number be 10y+x

X=5y
X-5y=0.............eqn 1

(10x+y)+(10y+x)=66
11x+11y=66
11(x+y=6)
Therefore x+y=6..........eqn 2

Solving simultaneously

x-5y=0
x+y=6

Multiplying 2nd eqn by -1

x-5y=0
-x-y=-6

x and -x strike off and we begets the remaining

-6y=-6
therefore y=1

Substituting the value of y in eqn....1
x-5y=0
x-5=0
x=5

Original Number =10x+y
=50+1
=51..........Final Answer
