but isn't circumference formula as 2*pi*r and when diameter is given shouldnt it be pi*d

Now distance covered in 250 revolution = 250 ( 6.59m)
= 1647.5m
1km = 10³m
{1m = 1/ 10³ km}
1647.5 km / 1000}
= 1.64km.
