Answer:

1- Area of rectangle= (l×b)=180 cm^2

Volume of rectangle =(l×b×h)=900cm

h= volume/area

h=900/180= 5cm

2-(a) Surface area=6a^2

=6(2side^2)

6×2×2

=24

when it doubled=6×6×4

4 times=96

(b) volume =side^3

2×2×2=8

=4×4×4=64

TSA=4 times

Volume= 8 times

3- TSA of cylinder=2πr(h+r)

r=7m

h= 3m

=2×22/7×7(7+3)

=44×10

=440m^2

Answer:

1) 5cm

3) 132 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

1) area of base = 180 sq.cm

area = length × breadth

volume = 900 cubic cm

volume = length × breadth × height

put 180 in place of length × breadth

ATQ

volume = length × breadth × height

900 = 180 × height

height = 900 / 180

HEIGHT = 5CM

3) radius = 7cm

height = 3cm

As we have to find that how much metal sheet is used so we will use CSA ( curved surface area )

ATQ

CSA = 2× 22/7 × 7×3

CSA = 132CM
