As quadrilateral ABCD is a cyclic quadrilateral
since opposite angles of cyclic quadrilateral are supplementary
therefore angle A + angle C = 180°
63+10x+7=180°
70°+10x=180°
10x=110°
x=11°

so by ppty. of cyclic quadrilateral that

opposite angles are supplementary

so ....

angle c + angle a= 180

10x +7 +63=180

10x=180-70

X=11°
