To enter, you have to first inform the security officer whether you are a resident of the area or a visitor.

If you are a resident they won't tell you to pay but if you are a visitor you have to pay for the card so that you can enter the oark without paying next time. They were hardly 5 to 7 people when i entered the park because it was early in the morning. The swings in the park were made for both adults and small kids. It was up to them whether they want to ride it or not.
