Solution :-

Now I will assume the direction of current as clock wise .

Question 9.

Hence in the loop aba :-

→ 20V + 3Ω(i) + 2Ω(i) - 25V + 5Ω(i) = 0

→ -5V + 10Ω(i) = 0

→ 10Ω(i) = 5V

→ i = 5V ÷ 10Ω

→ i = 1/2 A

Or

→ i = 0.5 A

Answer :- Option (2)

Question 10

Now Writing the loop again

\rightarrow 20V + 3\Omega(i) = V_a - V_b

 \rightarrow 20V + 1.5V = V_a - V_b

 \rightarrow 21.5V = V_a - V_b

So answer is option (3)
