Step-by-step explanation:

given: TQ\\RS and PQ\\TS

to prove: ar( PTS)=ar(TQR)

proof: join Q and S to form QS

ar(PTS)=ar(TQS)

same base - TS

same parallels- TS and PQ

(triangles with the same base and between the same parallels have equal area)-(1)

ar(TQS)=ar(TQR)

same base- TQ

same parallels- TQ and RS

(triangles with the same base and between the same parallels have equal area)-(2)

we know from (1) and (2)

ar(PTS)=ar(TQS)

ar(TQS)=ar(TQR)

using Euclids axiom number 1

(things which are equal to the Same things are equal to one another)

ar(PTS)=ar(TRQ)

HENCE PROVED.

PLS MARK ME THE BRAINLIEST.

TKS IN ADVANCE.
