Answers are as follow

1.Method Overloading is a feature that allows a class to have more than one method having the same name, if their argument lists are different. It is similar to constructor overloading in Java, that allows a class to have more than one constructor having different argument lists.

2.Dont know sorry

3.Each individual has its own capacity. The

stimulus-recovery-adaptation process is a concept of a general response of an individual to a training stressor. The first part of the process is giving the body a stimuli like some workouts or exercises. The first response to the body to the stimuli is fatigue which is followed by recovery. While in recovery, the body returns to original state before the stimuli has been introduced. Recovery is followed by adaptation wherein the body’s capacity goes beyond the original. The process helps you in stimulating the body, facilitating the recovery and adaptation.

4.Warming up stretches the vocal folds and increases blood flow to the larynx and other body parts including your lungs, lips and tongue. This reduces vocal fatigue and hoarseness when using your voice over long periods. It also lets you reach a wider range of pitch, which is important for elevating your speech.
