  • ∠PRD = 127°

\bigstarTo find:-

  • The values of x and y

\bigstarSolution:-

Now, AB||CD

and PQ is the transversal

Hence, ∠APQ = x  (Alternate angles)

\implies 50° = x

\implies x = 50°

Similarly

AB||CD

and PR is the transversal

Hence, ∠APR = ∠PRD  (Alternate angles)

∠APR = ∠PRD

\implies 50° + y = 127°

\implies y = 127° - 50°

\implies y = 77°

Therefore,

The value of "x = 50°" and "y = 77°"
