Let the sides be 3a, 4a and 5a

S = 96

=> ( 3a + 4a + 5a) /2 = 96

=> 12a/2 = 96

=> 6a = 96

=> a = 16

First side = 48 cm

Second side = 64 cm

Third side = 80 cm

Area = sqrt [ 96 × (96 - 48)(96 - 64) (96 - 80)]

= sqrt ( 96 × 48 × 32 × 16)

= sqrt ( 16 × 6 × 16 × 3 × 8 × 4 × 16)

= 16 × sqrt ( 6 × 6 × 4 × 4 × 16)

= 16 × 6 × 4 × 4

= 1536 cm^2
