Let number of sixes be x so numbers of fours will be 2x


so by the condition given in your question we get equation

6x + 8x + 16 = 100

14x = 100 - 16

14x = 84

x = 84/14

x = 6

2x = 12

so number of fours are 12 anf numbers of sixes are 6

six = x/2
now
x/2+x+16=100
3x/2=100-16
3x/2=84
x=84×2/3
x=28×2
x=56
now no of fours = 56/4

now of sixes =half of fours = 14/2=7
