\underline {\underline {\Huge \mathfrak {Answer :-}}}

Given,

Radius of the cone (r) = 7 cm

Total height of toy = 15.5 cm

∵ The cone is mounted on the hemisphere

∴ Radius of the cone = Radius of the hemisphere [Also, Given]

Now,

Height of the cone (h) = Total height of the toy - Radius of the cone

= 15.5 - 7 cm = 8.5 cm

Hence, the total surface area of the toy = \boxed {\bold{CSA\:of\:cone+CSA\:of\:hemisphere}}

Here, slant height (l)

=  \sqrt{h { }^{2} + r {}^{2} }

=  \sqrt{72.25 + 49}

=  \sqrt{121.25}

= 57.5 cm

∴ TSA of the toy

= \pi \: r \: l \:  + 2\pi \: r {}^{2}

= \pi \: r(l  + 2r)

= 22/7 × 7 (57.5 + 2 × 7)

= 22 × 71.5

= \underline {\Huge\bold{1573\:cm^2}}
