when diagonal is present in parallelogram
then from formation of two triangles.
the area of both triangles is equal to the area of parallelogram.

sorry the answer is that if a diagonal is given in parallelogram then it means that it cut it into two parts ,

1/2×b×h=area of 1 triangle

1/2*60*25=30×25=750

750+750=1500m^2
