Its very easy question of maths .... it composed most of logic than numerical ....

extend side HK to HI lying in from of B this its length become HK +CB =7cm + 3.5cm = 10.5cm

now extend B till I which will be equal to CK in length thus , BI = 10cm

Thus , it forms a right angle triangle with BI and HI as sides and HB as hypotenuse

So HB^2 = HI^2 + BI^2

HB^2 = (10.5)^2 + (10)^2

HB^2 = 110.25+100

HB = √210.25

HB = 14.5cm

Side AC = 5cm according to the ratio of traingle
