is responsible for the transfer of genetic characters from one generation to another ..
It has chromosomes which duplicate and transfer to offsprings with similar genetic characters as the parents..

C- cytoplasm
D- vacuole
E- nucleoplasm
F- chloroplast
G- centriole
H- mitochondria
I- smooth endoplasmic reticulum
J- rough endoplasmic reticulum

answer is chromosomes in nucleus because it contain chromosomes( bearers of genes that control hereditary characters).
