Perimeter of rectangle=150cm

➟2(length+breadth)=150cm

➟2(length+30)=150

➟ length+30= 150/2

➟ length+30=75

➟ length=75−30

=45cm

Now area of rectangle = length×breadth

=45×30= 1350cm²
