Left side

= x^a(b-c)/ x^b(a-c) ÷ (x^b/x^a)^c

= x^(ab - ac) / x^(ba - bc) ÷ (x^(bc) /x^(ac))

= x^(ab - ac) / x^(ab - bc) ÷ (x^(bc) /x^(ac))

= x^(ab - ac - ab + bc) / (x^(bc) /x^(ac))

= x^(-ac + bc - bc + ac)

= x^0

= 1

= Right side
