pls answer to me i will give you brainliest. why is voltemeter is always connected in parallel and ammeter in series. i want the correct explanation no net answers.... and no spam answers

This is because current is like a flow (of electrons) which basically passes through the equipment so that's y an ammeter is connected in series to allow entire current to flow through itself then only it could measure it's value…..

Voltage on the other hand is the difference of potential b/w two points or more clearly it appears across the equipment so to measure that difference we have to connect the terminals of the voltmeter to the terminal​s of the equipment which is called as parallel connection… then only it could measure the voltage across the equipment.
