1. PARALLEL

2.

 \cos( \alpha )  =  \frac{12}{13}

 \cos( \alpha )  =  \frac{b}{h}

MEAN ☞☞☞

B = 12

H=13

 \sec( \alpha  )  =  \frac{h}{b}
 =  > \sec( \alpha )  =  \frac{13}{12}

 \tan( \alpha )  =  \frac{p}{b}

 - 1 + \:  { \sec( \alpha ) }^{2}  =  { \tan( \alpha ) }^{2}

 =  >  { \tan( \alpha ) }^{2}  = -  1 +   {( \frac{13}{12} )}^{2}

 =   >  { \tan( \alpha ) }^{2}   = -   1 +  \frac{169}{144}

 =  >  \frac{25}{144}

 \tan( \alpha )  =  \frac{5}{12}
