when yu put values of b^2-4ac then yu wrote b as 2p+24 but yu should have written -2p+24 ....hope my answer helped yu....do mark as brainliest

(P -12)x² -2(P - 12)x + 2 = 0

D = b² - 4ac = 0
= {-2(P - 12)}² - 4 × 2 × (P - 12) = 0
= 4(P - 12)² - 8(P - 12) = 0
= 4(P - 12)(P - 12 - 2) = 0
= 4(P - 12)(P - 14) = 0

then, P = 12 and 14 , but if P = 12 then, there won't be quadratic equation .
so, P = 14

now, you can understand where you took mistake .
