Hi there!
Here's the answer:

°•°•°•°•°•<><><<>><><>°•°•°•°•°

Steps
1. Multiply coefficients of x² and x^0
2. Split the result into product of two factors such that their sum is equal to coefficient of x.

°•°•°•°•°•<><><<>><><>°•°•°•°•°

If you observe factors of 16:
1 , 2 , 4 , 8 , 16

The product now = -16
-16 = 8×-2
Also 8-2 = 6( coefficient of x)

°•°•°•°•°•<><><<>><><>°•°•°•°•°

x²+ 6x -16
=> x² + 8x -2x -16
=> x(x+8) -2(x+8)
=> (x-2)(x+8)

VemugantiRahul: no :p
shazi16: ^--^
VemugantiRahul: follow same steps
VemugantiRahul: 1×21 = 21 ## - 21 = 7×-3 ##7+(-3)=4
